TruMotion Martial Arts gives you a safe, fun and effective workout! Classes are designed to improve balance, flexibility, endurance and strength through a variety of exciting martial arts drills. You’ll also learn useful self-defense techniques as you train in a safe, controlled setting. Do you offer 1 on 1 classes & personal training?
Yes, we offer private lessons as well as group classes. One-on-one sessions allow your instructor to focus on your progress, introduce new material and refine your technique.
Do I need previous experience for your classes?
If you haven't studied martial arts before, no worries. We have classes for people of all experience levels and ages so everyone can learn.

TruMotion offers a variety of training programs for adults and children. We invite you to come in for a private evaluation. Then we can tailor a program that truly fits your needs and budget.
Do you offer a trial class for any of your classes?
For each program, we offer a limited number of trial classes per month. To learn more about our schedule and availability, contact us.

PRIVATE & GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Both private lessons and group classes play an important role in your martial arts training. During a private lesson your instructor will introduce you to new concepts and techniques, working one-on-one to help you master each skill. In group class you’ll take part in exciting exercises, drills and partner work, giving you the opportunity to practice and improve.
